My Favorite Essential Oils For Relaxation

Essential oils are an essential part of my day. πŸ˜‰ There are oils for any ailment and there are tons for relaxation. I bring oil with me wherever I go in case I start feeling not-so-calm.

I love balms, roller bottles, and spray bottles because I can throw them in my purse for those times that my anxiety comes knocking during the day (which for my brain is like every 30 minutes or so). I have included some of my faves in the affiliate links below (I appreciate your support)! I try to look for organic or therapeutic grade oils, so I know there’s no yucky stuff in them. Without further ado, here are my faves:

 

I love this relaxation blend from Eden’s Garden. It smells great and is very calming. I put a few drops in a carrier oil, like apricot oil and rub on. I like to use it on my stomach when I’m having IBS flair-ups because I feel like it helps to calm down my stomach too!

I LOVE lavender oil and this one is a great one! I like to add a few drops to a small spray bottle of water to spray around the house for a relaxing, fresh, and chemical-free scent.

This Badger Sleep Balm is awesome! It smells amazing and is wonderful for winding down and relaxing before bed! It’s not as messy as traditional oil because it is in a balm, which is also nice. I like to rub it on my temples or the bottom of my feet before bed.

This Relax blend smells amazing and is very calming. I love that it comes with a dropper so I can add a few drops to a carrier oil, lotion or a bath.

I love roller bottles for oil because they are super easy to throw in my purse and bring with me for a little relaxation during the day. This rareEarth Aromatherapy Stress Less is great for calming down on-the-go.

MoodBliss by NativOrganics is for “positive mood and relaxation.” Who doesn’t need more positivity and relaxation during the day? I know I do. A blend of clary sage, lavender, marjoram, petitgrain and ylang ylang will help your mood go from blah to bliss!
